Brian Hanger, Principal/Designated Broker
Brian Hanger is an Arizona native with a strong background in the agricultural community and more than 30 years experience in land brokerage and strategically positioning investors in land for upside potential. Over the last 30 years Brian and his team have collaborated with farmers, investors, developers and home builders across Arizona and the western United States to assist with liquidations and purchases of land. He has experience on and continues to work with land owners to entitle their parcels for residential/master plan communities, as well as commercial opportunities to maximize their values.
Brian has successfully transacted many diverse land deals throughout his career.
Keldy Winters, Associate Broker
Keldy Winters has been with Latigo Land & Capital since 2009. His professional experiences include land procurement and disposition, property management, private capital placements and tenant/landlord representation.
Keldy is a Washington native and graduate of Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon where he studied finance, economics & history. He lives in Chandler, Arizona now and is on the board of the Chandler Compadres.
